Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

• Dispatch in 5-7 working days for all products that are made to order (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the time of confirmation of your order, barring exceptional/ unforeseen circumstances if any, in which case the customer shall be notified.
• Enjoy free shipping and express delivery on all prepaid orders with a minimum purchase of Rs. 2500.

Sweetlime reserves the right to cancel any order as per the circumstances where company requirements are not met. In case after payment, any applicable refund will be made.

Cash on Delivery Policy:

• Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
• A non-refundable advance payment of ₹99 is required to confirm your order. The remaining amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
• Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
