Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

The Online Exchange Process:

  • You can exchange an item online at www.sweetlimebyas.com by going to your account order and generating a refund query.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • No Returns : We do not accept returns on any products unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong product, wrong size, or a product with a manufacturing defect.
  • Exchange Eligibility : Exchanges are available on full-priced (non-discounted) products and on products purchased at 10% or 20% discount. Products purchased at discounts higher than 20% are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange Window : Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition : The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Original Packaging : Please ensure that all original tags are intact, invoice, and original packaging are retained and sent along with the product. Exchanges without these may not be processed.
  • Exchange & Credit Note : We will first offer an exchange for a different size or an alternate product, subject to availability. If you do not wish to opt for another size or product at that time, a credit note of the purchase value will be issued, which can be redeemed on a future purchase.
  • Shipping for Exchange : Customers are required to arrange and bear the shipping cost for sending the product back for exchange. Please send the parcel to the following address:

  • Cash on Delivery Orders : A ₹99 advance payment is required to confirm all Cash on Delivery orders. This advance helps us secure your order and minimize RTO losses. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery. Please note that the ₹100 advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer, refused at the time of delivery, or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or non-acceptance.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can only be cancelled until 24 hours after placing the order. No cancellation request shall be accepted beyond 24 hours.
  • Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. As per our companies policy, we do not offer refunds on orders once shipped and delivered.
  • Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received at customercare@sweetlimebyas.com and the amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.
  • In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charges will be applicable and paid by the customer.
  • The partial payment of Rs.99 made during a COD order is non-refundable.
