Refund Policy

You can exchange an item online at www.sweetlimebyas.com by going to your account order and generating a refund query.

We accept exchange requests within 5 working days of you receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unworn and without damage. Without this, the return would not be processed.
To make a return, keep all tags, invoice and packaging with the product.
Discounted products are not subjected to any returns and exchanges.
Returns will be made through credit notes apart from the case of tear from the company’s part.
Exchange is only possible with products of equal value or more.
To exchange or return orders, the customers will have to arrange the delivery on their own and send it to this address :

Orders can only be cancelled until 24 hours after placing the order. No cancellation request shall be accepted beyond 24 hours.
Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. As per our companies policy, we do not offer refunds on orders once shipped and delivered.
Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received at customercare@sweetlimebyas.com and the amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.
In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charges will be applicable and paid by the customer.
Partial Payment of Rs. 150 made during COD order is non-refundable.
