Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

• Dispatch in 5-7 working days for all products that are made to order (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the time of confirmation of your order, barring exceptional/ unforeseen circumstances if any, in which case the customer shall be notified.
• Free shipping and express delivery is available for all orders that are prepaid.

Sweetlime reserves the right to cancel any order as per the circumstances where company requirements are not met. In case after payment, any applicable refund will be made.

Cash on Delivery Policy:

• To avail COD, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
• Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not available, use online payment options.
• No credit/debit cards or Paytm service will be accepted in Cash on Delivery.
• Extra Rs.100/- delivery charge will be applied on all COD orders.
